Our commitment

Jego Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Measures we have taken

• Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy on every page
• All images have descriptive alt text
• Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text)
• All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators
• Forms have associated <label> elements and error descriptions
• Motion is suppressed when prefers-reduced-motion is enabled
• The page language is declared (lang="en-CA")
• Navigation landmarks (<header>, <main>, <footer>, <nav>) are used throughout

Known limitations

Some third-party components (such as the Cloudflare Turnstile widget) are not under our direct control. We monitor these for accessibility issues and seek alternatives when problems are identified.
